Greetings good gentles from around the kingdom! Please mark your calendars as The Shire of Turmstadt is proud to announce it is once again ready to invite one and all to our fair lands. This time the subject matter is learning and more specifically, “Everything you want to know about the 16th century, but didn’t know who to ask”.
The day will be filled with the delights of learning about a variety of subjects all pertaining to the 16th century and the evening will be filled with the delights of food and frolic. We will be opening our borders at 3 pm on Friday the 26th of February and closing them again at 3 pm on Sunday the 28th. There is very limited bed space available but there is plenty of crash space with thick foam mattresses provided (the mattresses are the same as the ones on the bed frames, one must bring their own bedding, pillows, sheets and blankets). There is room outside for people to fight pickups if they wish and showers inside to get warm after. There will be NO organized fighting but if anyone would like to teach they are welcome! There will be food served to all travelers on Friday night and all other meals will be provided as well. All for a modest fee of course. Any gentle who would like to teach a class should please get in contact with the Class Organizer ASAP. We have rooms to accommodate just about any subject!
